received his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, followed by his M.D. and training in General and Cardiothoracic Surgery at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Durban joined St. Francis Hospital in 1989. His main areas of interest include general thoracic surgery and thoracic oncology. He has a broad experience in complex problems with cardiac rhythm management devices including nationally recognized expertise in lead extraction techniques, device upgrades and revisions, and epicardial procedures.
